Ingredients
- 1 pound white fish, cooked and flaked
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black peper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
In a medium bowl, combine fish, pepper, onions, seasonings and eggs. Place bread crumbs in a
shallow dish. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Form fish mixture into patties using
1/2 cup for each. Dredge in bread crumbs. Place in skille and cook 5-6 minutes or until golden
brown, turning once.
