Fried Sandwich

Ingredients - 2 pieces Light Rye Bread or Sourdough Bread - thinly sliced - 1 each any 3 Deli Meats - ham, turkey, salami, roast beef, chicken, - Miracle Whip to taste - yellow mustard to taste - butter - Provolone cheese - thinly sliced - American cheese or marbled cheese - thinly sliced My Mom made these in the 60's. I am still serving them today!! The bread can be prepared and refrigerated. Then prepare the sandwich, heat in the microwave for a lunch or snack. Directions Heat a skillet to med high heat.
Butter one side of each piece of bread.
Fry, butter side down, in skillet until browned.
Remove from heat and cool a few minutes.
Spread Miracle Whip on the inside of one piece of bread and mustard on the inside of the other piece of
