Zesty Hot Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 each Can of Original Rotel
- 1 each Can of Hot Rotel
- 1 tablespoon Garlic - minced in the jar
- 1/4 cup LIME Pepper (hard to find, but it's the best ) Could use Lemon Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 each Shot Glass of Tequila - OPTIONAL

We can't get enough of this hot sauce on our Mexican Dishes or with chips!

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute or more on Liquify.

Store in refrigerator in
air-tight container.

Will keep for 20 days.

You could use 2 Hot Rotel or 2 Original Rotel,
instead of 1 or each flavor - it is up to you.

Tequila is optional (do not serve to anyone

under 21), but gives it an even hotter flavor.

Great on any Mexican Dish, Baked Potato, Ramen
Noodles or with Nacho Chips.
