Mexican Surprise - Recipe

This is my husband's original recipe. Serve with lettuce, hot sauce or pico, sour cream, black olives and diced tomatoes.

Directions
Brown ground beef or turkey with spices. Drain grease. In 9 x 13 baking dish, spray bottom and sides with Pam. Cover bottom with half the tortillas. On top, layer - meat, beans, Velveeta. Add the remaining tortillas. In mixing bowl, add soup and Rotel. Mix well. Put this mixture on top of the tortillas. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until bubbly. Serve hot. Cut into squares. Serve on plate. Top each square with lettuce, hot sauce, black olives, tomatoes and sour cream mixture.

Ingredients
-1 pound Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
-15 ounces Can Ranch Style Beans
-1 each Can Cream of Chicken Soup
-1 each Can Rotel - Original or Hot
-3/4 package Velveeta Cheese - sliced thin
- Salt, pepper, cumin to taste
- Pam Cooking Spray
-16 ounces Sour Cream prepared with 1 packet of dry Ranch Dip
- lettuce - chopped, hot sauce, black olives - sliced, tomatoes - diced
-8 each to 12 Flour Tortillas
