Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes, peeled, quartered
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- black pepper, to taste 
 
I usually make these early in the morning and put them in the slow cooker for our afternoon meal.
But they can also be made a day or two in advance and baked in the oven covered at 325 for 50-60
minutes.

  • Place potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil. Cook until tender, 20-25
    minutes.

  • Drain and mash. Beat in cream cheese, sour cream, milk and seasonings.

  • Transfer to a serving dish.
