Place salmon filet on square of heavy-duty aluminum foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add lemon juice, dill weed, and onion. Place water along each side of the salmon, not on the top. The water will steam the salmon and not dry it out. Close packet. Cook approximately 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
I make these salmon packets frequently and add different ingredients in place of the dill--teriyaki sauce, sour cream, salsa, bbq sauce--or any flavor you like.
