Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients - 2 pounds frozen hash browns (thawed) - 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter - 1 cup sour cream (you can use lite) - 1 medium chopped onion - 1 can cream of chicken soup - grated cheddar cheese - 1 teaspoon garlic powder Nice potato side dish to go along with Chicken fried steak, or for breakfast. Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix all ingredients and place in a buttered casserole dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.Remove foil and allow cheese to brown in the oven for the last 5 to 10 minutes.
