Sausage-Vegetable Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk Italian or pork sausage
- 1 package Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup coarsely chopped green pepper
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 5 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 large onions, sliced 
 
This chowder is easy to complete and is enjoyed by all ages.
 
Directions

Cook and stir sausage in 4-quart Dutch oven until brown. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, 20 minutes.
