Beer Brats

Ingredients
- 12 each brats
- 2 or 3 cans beer (enough to just cover brats in pan)
- 4 slices onion (chop up 2 of the slices)
- 1 pound sauerkraut
- 4 pinches salt
- 2 pinches pepper 
 
First cooked in beer and onions, these grilled brats get a boost of flavor. The added sauerkraut
and onions are just what a true brats lover likes for their ultimate beer brats.
 
Directions

  • Cook Brats in beer, for 15 minutes. Then add 2 onion slices, salt and pepper.

  • Cook for 20 additional minutes, remove from stove and take to grill.

  • Sear the brats on the grill while heating sauerkraut and chopped onion slices. Now get ready
    for the feast!!!
