Ingredients
- 1 each ready pizza crust (Boboli works well)
- 3 each tomatoes, sliced thin
- 2 bunches fresh basil
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese, fresh grated
- 3 ounces feta or mozzarella cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper 
 
Pizza crust with fresh summer tomatoes and cheese. A simple summer meal that won't heat up the house.
 
Directions
Place pizza crust on the grill over medium heat. Top with tomatoes, basil, cheese, salt and

pepper. Let cook slowly until cheese is melted.

Serve hot.
