Fish on the Grill

Ingredients
- piece fillet of fish
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 ounces butter 
 
Use rainbow trout or grey sole, or a fillet of flounder wrapped in aluminum foil; season with
salt and pepper. Add two or three ounces of butter and several tablespoons of lemon juice. Cook
on grill for fifteen to twenty minutes depending on thickness of the fillet. Great with corn
wrapped in foil also on the grill.
 
Directions
Place fish on foil, season with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice and butter; wrap foil and place
on grill. Check in 15 minutes to see if the fish is flaky. If not, let it grill for five more
minutes. There is room on grill for corn or steamed veggies, or hamburgers and hot dogs for kids.
