Place all ingredients in bowl. Cover and marinate over night. (A Ziploc bag works well.)
Place shrimp on skewers. Grill over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes (turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking) or until shrimp is thoroughly cooked.
