Grilled Peaches with Blue Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 slices (actually), 4 halves of fresh peaches with pit removed
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 
 
Grilled peaches with blue cheese topping.
 
Directions
Halve 2 fresh peaches and remove the pit. Grill peaches at medium-low heat, flat side down, for
2 minutes. Turn peaches over and sprinkle the blue cheese on top. Grill just until the cheese
starts to melt, about 1 minute. Serve at once.
