Good ole Brats Ingredients - 1 package brats - 1 bulb onion - 1 package brat buns    Grilled onions make the perfect, simple but flavorful, brats and onion sandwich. The slightly charred onions add just the right touch to these brats.   Directions Grill brats as per package instructions. While brats are cooking, grill the onion in a small aluminum pan with a little butter. Grill until they are slightly charred. Add the grilled onions to the brats when serving.	1
