Bean Meat Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red beans
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup soy beans
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 boneless chicken halves 
 
I mix red beans, black beans and soy beans all together and then grill them. Mix with chicken and
put them on a bun for a nice grilled sandwich. Add as many of each type of bean as you like. I
add some salt, pepper, and garlic as well.
 
Directions
1. Mix beans together and then grill them.
2. Combine seasoning and the vegetable oil
3.

Add the veggie oil/seasoning paste onto the chicken.
4. Grill chicken on each side for 10

5. Eat up!
