Peach Sauce on Grilled Chicken

Ingredients - 1 cup sugar - 2 tablespoons cornstarch - 1 cup water - 2 tablespoons peach gelatin powder - 1 medium fresh peach, peeled and finely chopped - 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves - optional soy sauce for marinate A treat to sweeten up a plain meal. Directions Marinate chicken breasts with soy sauce 15 minutes before grilling. In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin then peaches; mix well. Set aside half for serving with the meal. Grill chicken on low to medium heat 3-5 minutes on each side. Baste chicken with peach sauce and continue grilling till juices run clear from the chicken. This recipe can use canned
