Grilled Salmon with Cranberry Relish

Ingredients - 4 each salmon fillets, ¾ to 1-1/4†thick (about 1-1/2 lb) - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 2 tablespoons orange Juice - 1 teaspoon honey - 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries - 1 each medium onion, finely chopped - 1 teaspoon orange peel - 1 gallon 5 spice powder - 1 each untreated 6†x 12†cedar plank or shingle A delicious and mouthwatering grilled salmon recipe. Directions Soak cedar plank in water for 30-45 minutes or while preparing the remaining ingredients for barbecuing.
Combine soy sauce, orange juice and honey in a shallow dish; add salmon, skin side up. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
