Easy Grilled Asparagus Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients - 1 pound asparagus washed and trimmed - 1/4 cup butter - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced - salt & pepper Quick and tasty side dish to go with any meal. Asparagus is best in the spring when it is in season, but nowadays you can pick it up at the grocery store any time of the year. If you don't want to fire up the grill, roast them in the oven at 400 degrees F. Directions Place asparagus on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Fold up edges to hold in the butter. Melt butter and add garlic to the hot butter. Pour over the asparagus. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Fold edges of foil in to seal and make a pouch. Grill on indirect heat for 10 minutes or until tender.
