Inexpensive Quick Tenderizer Marinade Ingredients - 2 pounds round steak or other tough meat - spread coarse sea salt on steak - spread cracked black pepper on steak - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 2 cups water    I use this to tenderize tough meat.   Directions When I use cheap steak like round steak, I'll put it in a large baggie with coarse sea salt, cracked black pepper and 2 cups of water with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
