Moist and delicious oven baked beef roast.
Directions
Brown roast in large pan or Dutch oven. Add salt, pepper and thyme along with one can of cream of mushroom soup and ¾ cup dry white wine. Bake, covered, for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Add carrots, onions and potatoes after 1 hour. Add cabbage wedges after 1 ½ hours.
