Take tofu out of package, slice into 4 equal part, set aside.
Mix all other ingredients except salt in a bowl, then put tofu slice in mixture, cover with wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Flip tofu to marinate other side, refrigerate for 45 minutes.
Take tofu out of bowl, save mixture. Grill tofu for 20 seconds, dash of salt on top. Flip tofu; grill for another 20 seconds, and salt top again.
Serve with marinated mixture.
