Cut wings into drumettes. (Save the pointy tips to make broth later.) In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan with parsley, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Melt butter in another shallow pan or bowl.Dip each wing in butter, then in seasoned Parmesan and arrange on a foil-lined pan. Grill for 1 approx. hour. Then kick yourself for not making a double batch.
