Honey Marsala Balsamic Chicken Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients - 3 pieces or 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breasts - 3 tablespoons Honey - 1/2 cup Marsala Wine - 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar Stir fried chicken with honey, Marsala wine and balsamic vinegar Directions In a sauce pan add EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) and cook chicken browning on both sides then add Marsala wine, balsamic vinegar and honey. Cover for 5 minutes on low medium heat. Serve with pasta and sautéed mixed peppers, onion and garlic.
