- 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash pepper
A great breakfast food. Served hot with butter and salt. No one could ever mess these up. Great
use for your Easter eggs and perfect for Easter breakfast. :D
Directions
First you need some boiled eggs and peel them. Dice the eggs into pieces.
Add butter and season with salt and pepper.
