Italian Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 package Fat Free Italian Dressing mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup (condensed)
- 8 ounces Low fat cream cheese
- 1 can (small) mushroom stems & pieces 
 
This is a great, simple crock pot recipe that I tailored to make low fat. My family loves it with
a salad or vegetable.
 
Directions
Place chicken breasts (frozen or thawed depending on the time you have) into crockpot bottom. Mix
Italian dressing mix and water. Pour over chicken breasts. Set crockpot to high for 3-4 hours or
low for 5-6 hours (again depending on time). One hour before ready to eat, mix soup, softened

cream cheese and mushrooms. This will be thick, but spread over chicken and continue to cook on
low for one more hour. Serve over cooked noodles or hot rice.
