Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups canned chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 green onion, thinly slant sliced 
 
Quick addition to any Chinese meal.
 
Directions
Bring stock to boil. Remove from heat. Gradually dribble egg into stock, stirring. Add soy sauce.
Float onions on top of soup. Stock may be diluted if it tastes too strong.
