Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 cups water
- 1 onion, chopped or several green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups frozen pea pods, carrots, peppers, or any stir fry vegetable you prefer
- 2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
- salt & pepper

Directions
Heat oil in large skillet on med-high. Add onion and garlic and cook until transparent.

Add

chicken and cook through, add salt and pepper to taste. Add water, bouillon, soy sauce, and
veggies. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir.

Season with more soy sauce.
