Directions
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder and 2 tablespoons sugar in a large bowl.
Cut in butter with fork or pastry blender until it resembles small pebbles.
Mix in egg and 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons cream.
Stir in any combination of ingredients you want. I used 1/2 cup craisins and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead lightly. Pat into a 9" circle and about
