Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
Easy to make peanut butter cookies.
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together until well blended. Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie
sheet. Flatten with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern on the cookie. If the fork becomes sticky,
dip in water before flattening cookies. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
