Ingredients - 2 cans chicken, drained (10 oz cans) - 4 green onions, chopped - 2 stalks celery, diced - 4 ounces roasted red peppers, drained - 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise - salt and pepper, to taste - 1/2 cup almonds, toasted Tasty and easy to prepare. Can be served on croissants or with a variety of crackers as an appetizer. Directions Combine chicken and vegetables. Stir in mayonnaise and season to taste. Chill until ready
