Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup prepared horseradish (adjust to desired taste)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Horseradish sauce has a zesty flavor that blends well with prime rib and other meats. Can also be
used to enhance the flavor of your favorite sandwich.
Directions
Mix up the horseradish sauce at least an hour before serving. It can be made up 1 or 2 days
before hand and then refrigerated until ready to serve.
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir by hand until thoroughly mixed.
