Oreo Truffles

Ingredients
- 1 package Oreos (regular, peanut butter or mint)
- 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese (regular, not light)
- 1 package Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions
Crush oreos in a food processor and pour into a mixing bowl. Fold in cream cheese and mix well
with little or no cream cheese showing. It should be solid color (not marbled).

Scoop with
a teaspoon and roll into balls. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment and freeze for half
an hour (or until hardened).

Melt chips in double boiler or melt in the microwave. Use
toothpicks or bamboo skewers to dip truffles and place back on parchment. Freeze again for 10 minutes.
