Directions In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add meat and onion to skillet. Cook until meat is browned. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes stirring constantly. Add the soup. Heat until the contents boil, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Reduce the heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and heat until the mixture is hot.
Serve over noodles.
