In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
Stir in juices.
Freeze in a 2 quart freezer container.
Remove from the freezer 2-3 hours before serving.
Scrape or mash the slush in the container.
Pour or scoop into a punchbowl.
Stir in 7-Up just before serving.
The punch should be slushy.
