Cashew Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cups cashews toasted
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- cayenne pepper  
 
This sauce is good on rice, steamed broccoli, or over stuffed cabbage or use in stir fry with chicken.
 
Directions

  • PureĆ© everything in food processor or blender.

  • When it is as smooth as you like, transfer to a lidded containter.
  • Refrigerate if not using immediately. Heat gently before serving.
  • If sauce becomes too thick for your liking, add 1/4 cup water and 2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce,
    whisk until incorporated.
