 | | Directions | Balsamic Barbecue Sauce:- Combine all ingredients in saucepan, stir to combine.
- Simmer over medium heat until reduced by 1/3; approximately 20-30 minutes. Sauce will thicken somewhat.
Chicken:- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grill over medium heat 8-10 minutes, turn, grill another 5 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
- Brush each side with barbecue sauce at the end of the cook time. Watch so as not to burn.
- Serve extra sauce, warm on the side. (This sauce is also good on steak.)
