Ingredients - 4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets with or without the skin - 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 1 tablespoon honey - 1/2 cup dill Light and easy summer meal. Directions
Place salmon on baking sheet, skin side down if skin is still on. In small bowl mix together mustard, lemon juice, and honey. Spread on top of each fillet. Transfer to grill over medium heat. Grill until fillets are no longer dark pink in center;
