Directions
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Coat the tuna steaks with oil.
In a small bowl, mix together the thyme, salt, and lemon pepper. Sprinkle this mixture generously on skinned sides of the tuna steaks.
Just before placing the fish on the grill, place the soaked herbs on the grill grate. Place the fish on top of herbs. Grill 3-4 minutes (depending on the thickness) on each side, just until seared on the outside but rare in the middle. (Cooker longer if you wish.)
Garnish with rosemary or thyme.
Serve with rice and grilled vegetables.
