Grilled Onions in Foil

Ingredients
- 10 ounces package of pearl onions, peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried tomatoes, hydrated in hot water for 5 minutes, drained, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste 
 
This great side dish of grilled sweet onions combined with a terrific blend of tomatoes, olive
oil, and rosemary is difficult to resist. A tasty accompaniment for roast beef or steak.
 
Directions

  • Lay out foil, place peeled onions in center.

  • Sprinkle oil over all, then rosemary, then tomatoes, salt and pepper.

  • Fold foil into pouch and place on grill on medium heat for 10 minutes or until softened and
    carmelized.

  • Serve hot off the grill.
