Cereal Raisin Cookie Recipe

Filled with chewy goodness, this cookie is sure to please.
Directions
  • Cream butter, sugar and eggs together with an electric mixer.
  • In a medium bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  • Combine this into the creamed mixture.
  • Add the vanilla.
  • Stir in oatmeal, Total flakes, coconut and raisins.
  • Drop by spoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
  • Do not over cook these - keep them soft.

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup Total cereal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup raisins
