Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese 
 
A tasty topping for crackers, small toasts and cracker breads that can be served as an appetizer
or snack.

Directions

  • Wash spinach and parsley draining away water but do not dry.
  • In a food processor or blender, combine spinach, parsley, garlic cloves, pine nuts, walnuts,
    Parmesan and Romano cheeses, butter, and olive oil. Mix together until lightly pureed.
