A tasty topping for crackers, small toasts and cracker breads that can be served as an appetizer or snack.
Pesto Appetizer Recipe (+)
Directions
Wash spinach and parsley draining away water but do not dry.
In a food processor or blender, combine spinach, parsley, garlic cloves, pine nuts, walnuts, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, butter, and olive oil. Mix together until lightly pureed.
