Directions
Mix lobster meat, celery, onion, mayo, zest, seasonings and capers.
Chill in refrigerator.
Lay baguette slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil.
Bake at 350° F until lightly toasted, approximately 5 minutes.
When cool, spoon generous amount of lobster salad onto each baguette.
Garnish with parsley.
