Ingredients - 1 bag (16 oz.) fresh cranberries - 2 apples, peeled and sliced - 2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated - 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar - 1/2 cup sugar - more to taste - 1 cup water Cranberries have long been a popular accompaniment for poultry, so this tasty cranberry chutney, flavored with ginger, is sure to be another favorite.
