Cheese and Honey Baguettes Recipe

Tangy and sweet tasting bites for breakfast or brunch.
Directions
  • Slice baguette into 1/4-1/2 inch slices.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with lemon olive oil.
  • Place under a low temp broiler for 3-5 minutes, just until lightly browned.
  • Place a small slice of blue cheese on each baguette. It will melt slightly.
  • Drizzle 1-2 teaspoons of honey on each.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
