Pear and Provolone Pizza Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients - 1 boboli pizza crust or home made pizza crust - 5 ounces pesto sauce - 4 pears - favorite variety, thinly sliced, peeled or unpeeled - 1/2 pound provolone cheese, shredded May also use gorgonzola or smoked gouda Light and fresh with the sliced fruit, this pizza can serve as a main meal or a unique appetizer. Directions
- Spread pesto sauce over pizza crust. Place sliced pears over pesto in a single layer.
Sprinkle cheese over the top of the pears.
Bake at 350° F. until cheese bubbles and browns slightly (approximately 15-20 minutes).
Serve warm.
Can also be grilled for approximately 10 minutes, if desired.
