Pork and mango combine in this tropical flavored kebab. Directions Rub
- In a medium bowl, mix the rub ingredients with your fingers. Add the pork and mix
well to coat thoroughly.
Add the oil to lightly coat. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes before grilling
While meat is marinating, place 4 skewers into water and allow to soak for up to 20 minutes. Skewers:
- Thread alternately the pork, mangoes, and green onions onto
skewers. Leave a little room between each.
Grill over high heat until pork is barely pink, approximately 8-10 minutes, turning once.
Place skewers on platter and serve.
