- Cook orzo according to package directions, drain.
- Prepare orange vinaigrette: combine
olive oil, orange juice, and orange peel; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine orzo, oranges, raisins, green onions, and cilantro in serving bowl. Add orange vinaigrette, toss to coat.
Chill before serving.
