Ingredients - 1 cup soy vanilla frozen dessert - 1/3 cup strawberries, frozen or fresh - 1/3 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh - 1/3 cup raspberries, frozen or fresh - 1/2 cup whole skim milk, use more or less to change consistency A healthy, non-dairy way to enjoy a refreshing shake. Directions
- Remove stems from several strawberries.
- Wash and rinse the strawberries and other
fruit with cool running water. Place all ingredients in blender and rotate until smooth textured.
Using an 8 ounce glass with a decorative design, such as a wine glass or similar, pour
