Ingredients
- 16 cups popped corn (1 cup unpopped corn)
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon chile pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- peanuts (optional) 
 
A perfect snack at any sports event or party.

Directions
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan, pour in popcorn, and shake the pan occasionally while
    popped to ensure that the corn doesn't burn.
  • In a large bowl, combine popcorn, peanuts
    (optional), and shredded cheese.
  • Over medium heat, melt butter. Add spices to the melted butter
    and stir well. Pour butter mixture over popcorn and toss.
  • Can be served warm or cold.
