Ingredients
- 1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks in juice (or 2 cups fresh)
- 1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges (or use 1 large navel orange)
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened, as preferred)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt 
 
Yogurt adds a pleasing tanginess to balance the sweetness of the other ingredients. The recipe
can be doubled or tripled, and it keeps well in the refrigerator.
 
Directions
  • Drain fruit well (reserve juice for another use). Mix all ingredients together and chill.
